We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Unicornabilia product purchase. If for  whatever reason  you are not fully satisfied with the products you have purchased from us, you can return them for a full refund within 45 days from their date of purchase ― as long as the products are in their original packaging and have neither been used nor show signs of having been used.

If you are returning an item because we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, e-mail us at service@unicornabilia.com and we’ll make things right.

Please note that gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

To return a product that is eligible for a refund, you should first e-mail us at service@unicornabilia.com, then ship the product to:

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item priced over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items which do not arrive at our facilities.

Please include a copy of the order confirmation e-mail in your return package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your refund has been approved (or rejected, in the event it fails the meet the eligibility conditions listed above). Credit for approved refunds will be applied to your credit card, PayPal account or original method of payment within 3 business days.
