What is Unicornabilia's mission?

We believe that unicorns represent inner beauty, wisdom, strength, and the magical side of life! We love unicorns and their positive qualities so much, that we knew we had to express that love in a way that would spread joy to others as well. Unicornabilia was born with the goal of being more than just a unicorn product store. We aim to help you celebrate your inner unicorn by carefully selecting unicorn products we find special and sharing them with you all over the world.

What is the meaning of "Unicornabilia"?

Unicornabilia is a name we invented to encompass all things unicorn and all unicorn-loving people. Unicorn lovers are extraordinary people — people with big hearts and big dreams. We view every customer as a member of our big unicorn family, and we treat each product order with utmost importance because we know the products you purchase are meant to enhance your life and the lives of people who are special to you.

Where is Unicornabilia located?

Our offices are located in Hollywood, Florida, USA, but we ship products from different warehouses located around the world, depending on the product.

To what countries do you ship?

We ship products to just about every country in the world. Our most popular destinations are the United States, Canada, UK, France, Italy, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brazil, Argentina and Mexico.

Is shipping free?

Our approach to shipping is to use the most economical shipping methods that offer package tracking — and we make it FREE to you for orders of $30 or more! For orders under $30, we charge a flat shipping fee of $3.95 for shipments to the United States, $4.95 to Canada and $6.95 for other international shipments.

 What carriers do you use?

We use different carriers depending on the country of destination and the location of the warehouse from which we will be shipping each order, as we ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses in order to avoid unnecessary shipping and handling costs. In the vast majority of cases we use ePacket, which is a United States Postal Service (USPS) method that typically takes 2 weeks following the processing of the order.

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery times vary from country to country, but most of our worldwide shipments are delivered within 2-3 weeks from the shipping date. Some occasional delays may happen due primarily to customs clearance procedures in some countries. If you have an event such as a birthday party coming up soon, we encourage you to check with us prior to ordering.

Do you offer expedited delivery?

We believe it's worth waiting a few days more for free shipping (orders above $30), but we do offer you the option of faster shipping at an additional charge. Note that this option is not available for all products. Please check with us what is available for the products you want and the country in which you live.

How do I check the status on my order?

We email you when we receive your order and then again as each item in your order gets shipped. We include a tracking number and a link for you to track each shipment. Note the tracking number we provide may take up to 72 hours to become active.

What if my products don't arrive?

You can track the status of your product shipments using the tracking information we provide. In the rare event your product is lost in transit (and not simply delayed) we will be happy to issue you a refund. In the very rare cases we must use a shipping method which does not offer tracking and the products do not arrive within a reasonable amount of time (with a reasonable allowance for unforeseen delays) we will be happy to issue you a refund.

How can I return a product and get a refund?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Unicornabilia product purchase. If for  whatever reason  you are not fully satisfied with the products you have purchased from us, you can return them for a full refund within 45 days from their date of purchase ― as long as the products are in their original packaging and have neither been used nor show signs of having been used.  Do you wholesale?

Unicornabilia is geared to serve individual customers. We are not structured to wholesale our products but we do offer an affiliate marketing program if you are interested in helping promote the sale of our products.
